Where is Auburban made?

All Auburban garments are designed and made in India, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, fit, and quality finishing.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer our pieces in standard sizes, with detailed measurements provided on each product page. For the right fit, please refer to the size guide before placing your order.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you select the correct size. If you’re unsure, you may also reach out to us for assistance.

Do you offer custom or made-to-measure garments?

Yes. We offer made-to-measure services on select styles. On the product page, you’ll have the option to enter your measurements while placing your order. You can also connect with us directly on WhatsApp for guidance and assistance with made-to-measure orders.

What fabrics do you use?

We work with carefully selected fabrics, including wool blends, silk, jacquard, lace, and premium cottons. Fabric composition and care instructions are mentioned on each product page.

How should I care for my Auburban garment?
Care instructions are provided on the wash care label inside the garment and on the product page. We recommend gentle handling and professional dry cleaning where specified.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship across India. Shipping details and charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is not available at the moment, but we will be introducing it soon.

What is your return or exchange policy?
All Auburban garments are non-returnable. We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be notified within 2 days of delivery, and the garment must be unworn, unused, and with original tags intact.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 7–14 working days before dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on location.

Is menswear coming soon?
Yes. Auburban launches with womenswear, with menswear planned for the future.

Will sold-out styles be restocked?
Some styles may be restocked, while others are produced in limited quantities. We recommend signing up for restock notifications or following us on Instagram for updates.

Are Auburban pieces limited edition?
Many of our designs are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and quality.

Will the fit of made-to-measure garments vary?
Made-to-measure pieces are created based on the measurements provided by you. Minor variations may occur due to fabric behaviour and tailoring processes, but every effort is made to ensure an accurate fit.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified, especially for made-to-measure garments, as production begins shortly after confirmation.

Are made-to-measure garments eligible for exchange?
Made-to-measure garments are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Are your garments lined?
Lining details vary by style and are mentioned on the product page where applicable.

Are alterations included with made-to-measure orders?
Alterations are not included after delivery. We recommend carefully reviewing measurements or contacting us on WhatsApp before placing a made-to-measure order.

Is GST included in the product price?
Yes, all prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
