Shipping Policy

At Auburban, every piece is created with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 working days from the date of order confirmation.

This processing period includes:

  • Order verification
  • Production (including made-to-measure garments)
  • Quality checks and finishing

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or new product launches.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery timelines after dispatch may vary depending on your location and the courier partner.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

International Shipping

At present, international shipping is not available.

We plan to introduce international shipping soon. Updates will be shared on our website and Instagram.

Made-to-Measure Orders

Made-to-measure garments are created specifically for you based on the measurements provided.

As a result:

  • Processing times may be on the higher end of the 7–14 working day window
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Auburban is not liable for such delays but will assist you with tracking and updates wherever possible.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout.

Auburban is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
