Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At Auburban, each garment is created with care and intention. As our pieces are produced in limited quantities and often made to order, we follow a structured exchange and store credit policy.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only for standard size garments, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
- The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact
- The returned garment must pass a quality check before approval
Made-to-Measure Orders
Made-to-measure garments are created specifically based on the measurements provided by the customer.
Therefore:
- Made-to-measure orders are not eligible for exchange or store credit
- We strongly recommend reviewing measurements carefully or contacting us on WhatsApp before placing a made-to-measure order
Store Credit
If a size exchange is not possible due to unavailability, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Store credit:
- Will be issued in the form of a unique coupon code
- Can be used for future purchases on our website
- Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of issue
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear images or videos for verification.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following options:
- A replacement, or
- Store credit, at our discretion
Note - Cash refunds will not be issued.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for exchanges may be borne by the customer.
In cases of verified manufacturing defects, shipping costs will be covered by Auburban.
Important Notes
- All exchange and store credit requests are subject to approval
- Sale items, discounted items, and customised orders may not be eligible for exchange or store credit unless stated otherwise
- Auburban reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions
