Refund Policy

At Auburban, each garment is created with care and intention. As a made-to-order and made-to-measure brand, we follow a strict refund policy.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

This policy applies to:

  • Standard size garments
  • Made-to-measure garments

Note - All sales are final.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only for standard size garments, subject to availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact

Note - Made-to-measure garments are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear images or videos for verification.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement, or
  • Store credit, at our discretion

Note - No cash refunds will be issued.

Exchange Approval & Processing

All exchange requests are subject to quality checks and approval.

Approved exchanges will be processed only after the original item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Shipping costs for exchanges may be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
